This seminar will feature an overview of some of the tools available to executives for researching market opportunities, monitoring competition, and testing business strategy. The tools will include little known social media resources, free digital tools, paid tools, dashboards, and a top-level "strategic research map" to guide comprehensive thinking about market research and measurement.
