Among the works presented will be Brahms's Clarinet Quintet, Ligeti's Quartet no. 2, Bermel's Ritornello, and a new piece by Bermel, A Short History of the Universe (as related by Nima Arkani-Hamed).
The Friday concert will be followed by a concert talk from the stage. The Saturday concert will be preceded by a concert talk from the stage of Wolfensohn Hall beginning at 6:30 p.m.
The concert is free and open to the public. Pre-registration is required. Please note that performances are not suitable for children under the age of eight.
