‘Tis the season for showering loved ones with gifts and treats. Join Executive Pastry Chef Maura Kilpatrick for an evening of pastries you can make at home, just in time for the holidays.
Maura welcomes Guest Chef Shira Melen of Northlight Baking Co, who will demonstrate her French Macaron techniques. Shira’s macaron recipes are like none you have tasted. Flavors include: Orange Blossom, Milk Chocolate Tahini, and Pistachio Rose. As you think about your holiday gift-giving, plan to make Sofra's signature Earthquake Cookies and Maura’s specialty Syrian Shortbread. This festive class will conclude with Oleana'a famous Turkish Profiteroles for your holiday table.
