Food vendors featured in the current issues will be on-hand to dish up some of the finest dairy dishes this side of the Hudson. Wash it down with offerings from regional spirit, wine and beer producers while noshing on offerings from the areas best cheese, milk, butter and yogurt makers. A slideshow of dairy photography from the Edible Manhattan & Edible Brooklyn Dairy Issue will be on rotation throughout the night.
