Ed will talk about his forthcoming book, "Humble Inquiry: The Art of Asking Instead of Telling", and how to create positive relationships and effective organizations. In particular, Ed will discuss why leaders will have to learn Humble Inquiry and why this will be so difficult in our culture of 'Do' and 'Tell' in which relationships are systematically devalued.
