Join Kristin Hamaker, personal chef and real food advocate, for a monthly round-table on the subject of eating well, where discussions will range from the philosophical to the practical. Whether eating well is a new pursuit or you're simply in a food rut, this class will stimulate more desirable eating habits. We'll cover menu planning, seasonal and improvisational cooking, and recipe suggestions. This class is donation only, with a $5 suggested donation.
