Join Rhonda Schuldt, founder of Local Goodness, and learn how to “go local” even in the heart of winter! In this hands-on class, you’ll make dinner using ingredients from local farms and small food producers … all available at Market District stores. Menu (subject to change, according to ingredient availability) includes Fresh Pasta with Bronzed Mushrooms and Crispy Prosciutto, Cheesy Tuscan Bread and Chocolate Plate. $50
If you prefer to pay with cash or gift cards, please visit the Cooking School upstairs at the Robinson Market District. The Cooking School staff will confirm if seats are available for this class, and you will pay at the registers. After you have paid, bring your receipt back to the Cooking School immediately to reserve your seat in the class.
