Mindful Eating Workshop

For many years, I have been a huge advocate of intuitive eating and the erradication of dieting... and I believe there finally is an answer that makes sense. 

Based on the Am I Hungry? mindful eating program developed by Michelle May, M.D., there now is a way to end the eat-repent-repeat cycle and our constant battles with food and dieting.  Am I Hungry? is a non-restrictive approach to restoring a healthy relationship with food by reconnecting our mind, body and spirit.  It's not about counting calories or points, or choosing from a list of acceptable foods.  Instead, it's about mindfulness and dialing in to our body's own God-given internal mechanism for managing our eating and weight.  It's so logical, it almost seems ridiculous that we have such a terrible epidemic of yo-yo dieting in our society today.  If you're ready for a change, then this is the program for you.
