When & Where
Eat Breathe Thrive
Eat Breathe Thrive™ is a non-profit program of The Give Back Yoga Foundation that prevents and helps individuals fully recover from disordered eating and negative body image through yoga and community based programs.
Our clinical programs, offered as a complementary treatment in treatment centers around the country, aim to shorten treatment, reduce relapse, and give clients skills for full recovery. Our community-based programs, offered in yoga studios, universities, and community centers worldwide, act as a transitional program for individuals coming out of treatment and help individuals who struggle at a non-clinical level recover from negative body image and disordered eating.
