Join 500 students, teachers, parents and community members for Eastside MathFest 2012! Participate in this unique celebration of our eastside partner schools and math, hosted by non-profit Explorations in Math and Lakeview Elementary. This is a one-of-a-kind event where first through fifth graders and their siblings go from one booth to the next playing math games. While playing, students build their confidence in and enthusiasm for math, and see that the community supports their achievements.
What: A celebration of elementary students and mathematics

When: 1PM - 4PM, Saturday, March 24th, 2012

1PM Doors open, 1st game rotation begins -- 2:15PM games close, prizes awarded
2:30PM 2nd game rotation begins -- 3:45PM games close, prizes awarded
4:00 PM Doors close
Parking Information: There is a parking lot at the school as well as an overflow lot available(look for volunteer to direct) - the lots may fill up, but street parking is also available.
For crowd control purposes, please arrive only for your selected activity rotation time!
When you enter MathFest, look for signs for Pre-Registered attendee check-in. At check-in you'll recieve your MathFest Passport and your MathFest experience can begin!

By working with the adults in kids lives, Zeno is confident we can work with communities most in need to build the foundational positive environment necessary for children to succeed in math, expanding their opportunities to succeed in future academics, work, and life.
