Easter Seals Festival of Chefs is one of South Florida’s longest running premiere charity events, best described as a culinary, wine and fine art extravaganza "Where Culinary and Fine Arts Meet".
This year Easter Seals South Florida is proud to announce Eugenia Beckwith McCrea, as the Honorary Chair and Committee Co-Chairs Shelley Daniel Rutherford and Mary Young. Easter Seals 24th Annual Festival of Chefs event will be Co-Hosted by celebrity Chef Michael Gilligan of the Rusty Pelican and acclaimed Miami-based artist, MANO.
This year the Festival of Chefs will take place from 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm on Thursday, November 8 at the newly renovated Rusty Pelican Restaurant. The event will feature twenty of South Florida's hottest chefs presenting a tantalizing array of exquisite menu items for guests to sample the night away, a fabulous selection of international wines and an amazing auction featuring fifteen works by some of Miami’s most popular and talented visual artists, combined with many other luxury items, trips etc…Bidding is always very enthusiastic so have your credit cards and check books ready. Always a favorite, the Easter Seals Culinary Arts High School chefs in training will prepare their very own culinary creations for all to enjoy!

Easter Seals South Florida mission is to provide exceptional services so that all children and adults with disabilities can live, learn, work and play in our community. Easter Seals South Florida has provided quality services to children, adults, and families living with disabilities in both Miami-Dade and Broward County since 1942. Currently Easter Seals offers a variety of services including: early childhood education, early intervention, elementary and middle school for children with autism, a culinary arts high school for young adults with autism and other disabilities, after school services, summer camp, Head Start programs and adult day services & respite care for seniors with Alzheimer’s and other memory disorders.
