FULL LINEUP:

Lilly Hiatt – lillyhiatt.com

Lilly Hiatt, daughter of singer-songwriter John Hiatt, kicks off East Side Social with songs from her recently released second album, Royal Blue. The feisty, rough-around-the-edges album expresses the truth behind having a broken heart. Lilly brings a witty, frank approach to songwriting, and worked with producer Adam Landry to create an honest album about romance and heartbreak.

Alicia Michilli – aliciamichilli.com

This 22-year-old R&B artist is bringing her soulful Detroit style to Nashville’s music scene. Her powerful vocals echo the sounds of the past, showing off her authentic lyrics and passion for performance. Alicia has a big year ahead of her, having just been featured auditioning on “America’s Got Talent,” and is recording her self-titled EP that will be available next year.

Los Colognes – loscolognes.com

This six man band channels 70’s style and has found their home among East Nashville’s music scene. Having written 500 songs together, the band has worked together to find a distinct sound for their album King Size Bed.

Justin and the Cosmics – justinandthecosmics.com

Justin and the Cosmics started this year with a bang, touring as the opening act for Diamond Rugs and gearing up for the summer release of their LP Schooly Dreams. Front man Justin Collins also recently released his first solo project, Home Boy, which was named one of the best EP’s of 2014 by Nashville Cream.

American Hotel – americanhotelband.com

American Hotel showcases 3 lead singers (Jesse Hall, Jeremy Lister, Justin Loucks) and is currently recording their yet-to-be-titled debut album, which they plan to release mid-year. In addition to playing East Side Social, they’ll also be playing Bonnaroo’s Cinema Tent in June.

The Future – thefuturewebsite.com

The Future has been featured on MTV hit shows “The Real World,” “Teen Mom,” and “Friend Zone,” and are known for their indie-pop sound. They’ve recorded a handful of records, including their newest, Blood Moon, that was released in September 2014.

The Features – thefeatures.com

In 2013 this spontaneous band traveled from Nashville to Vancouver to spend a month recording their fourth album, The Features. The indie-rock band has had songs featured in film and television commercials, and previously won Bonnaroo’s 8 Off 8th competition that allowed them to perform at the festival in 2009.

Diarrhea Planet – diarrheaplanet.blogspot.com

The headliner of East Side Social, Diarrhea Planet, has been busy touring following the release of their EP Aliens. Aliens was recorded by Justin Francis and mixed by Grammy award-winning engineer Vance Powell, and was named the number one EP of 2014 by Paste Magazine. They’ve got their next album in the works, and are sure to bring to the show what NPR called “an unstoppable train of life-affirming shredding.”
