You Are Not Alone is a program of the Alzheimer’s Association, Rochester & Finger Lakes Chapter. It was created by individuals with dementia and care partners.
This day will help you gain hope, find support, and understand you are not alone. Together we will help make sense of day-to-day life with the diagnosis. We will share ways to find joy and maintain a meaningful life.
