From glass ceilings and sponsorship to engagement and visibility, the issues for women as leaders continue to stir conversation and controversy. If you are one of the many women aspiring to higher of levels of leadership, E3 Professional Development Day will help you build the most critical skills for success at each leader-level.
E3 has developed three leader tracks to help you recognize strengths as a woman leader, cultivate business acumen and Ecolab competencies for success, and learn from our distinguished guest speakers and panelists’ powerful and intimate stories. You will be challenged to more effectively position yourself with greater visibility or executive presence and assume mentor or sponsorship roles depending on the leader track that’s right for you at this point in your career.
Be courageous to act. Take risks. Be vocal.
Step out and be visible. Be realistic. Exercise resilience. Embrace setbacks and obstacles.
Do with purpose. Choose how you "show up" in all situations.
