Track 1: Emerging Leader
The Emerging Leader track is designed for entry to mid-level individual contributors, supervisors, or administrators. You may or may not have supervised a team during your career. You will learn: 1) How to create greater visibility for yourself; 2) Unique ways to engage in critical conversations; and 3) The benefits of having a mentor.

Track 2: Established Leader
The Established Leader track is designed for mid to senior level individual contributors, supervisors, managers or administrators. You may have responsibility for leading a team and/or executing initiatives in your organization. You should have working knowledge of basic financial acumen and basic management experience. You will learn or enhance: 1) Improve business acumen understanding and how to internalize to better develop intuition; 2) Strategies for leading in a multi-generational organization; and 3) New ways to take risks and build self-confidence.

Track 3: Executive Leader
The Executive Leadership track is designed for directors, vice-presidents and above. You have responsibility for leading a team and/or for major initiatives. You should have knowledge of complex business and financial matters. You will learn or enhance: 1) How reframing the elusive “work-life balance” and “self-doubt about performance and careers” can play a huge role in your success; 2) How to transition from mentor to sponsor, why sponsorship matters and what you can do differently as a leader in Ecolab; and 3) Lessons from outside executives’ personal stories of growth and development.

Event Details

From glass ceilings and sponsorship to engagement and visibility, the issues for women as leaders continue to stir conversation and controversy.  If you are one of the many women aspiring to higher of levels of leadership, E3 Professional Development Day will help you build the most critical skills for success at each leader-level.

E3 has developed three leader tracks to help you recognize strengths as a woman leader, cultivate business acumen and Ecolab competencies for success, and learn from our distinguished guest speakers and panelists’ powerful and intimate stories.  You will be challenged to more effectively position yourself with greater visibility or executive presence and assume mentor or sponsorship roles depending on the leader track that’s right for you at this point in your career.

BE BRAVE

Step out and be visible. Be realistic. Exercise resilience. Embrace setbacks and obstacles.

BE INTENTIONAL

Do with purpose. Choose how you "show up" in all situations.
