ABOUT THE PRESENTER:

Dorinda Rolle, Ph.D, president of Rolle and Associates, a management consulting and training firm and is a partner in Transition Management Solutions, LLC. In addition, she is an adjunct professor in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology program at St. Mary's University and the African American Studies Program at the University of Texas at San Antonio. She also conducts executive coaching, leadership training and organizational development consulting with a wide range of organizations.
