ASQ Charlotte Business Meeting: 6:45pm

Jennifer Cline from TIAA-CREF Presentation: 7pm

Trends indicate that organizations are showing a greater emphasis on Employee Engagement, and for good reason considering the compelling relationship to corporate performance. Organizational Development Consultant Jennifer Cline will tell you how TIAA-CREF has linked Employee Engagement to their performance measures and how she successfully empowers a team of business leaders to drive Employee Engagement across the company. TIAA-CREF (www.tiaa-cref.org) is a national financial services organization with $502 billion in assets under management (as of 12/31/12) and is the leading provider of retirement services in the academic, research, medical and cultural fields. Hear how TIAA-CREF has increased employee engagement - even through the financial crisis - and continues to drive focused change at all levels of the organization by working through leaders and employee action teams.

Jennifer Cline has built a record of accomplishment in helping individuals and teams learn, grow and change and has been recognized with company and professional awards. Over the past decade, Jennifer has built a wealth of experience in public, private, and nonprofit institutions. She brings this experience to bear in her consulting at TIAA-CREF, with both an HR and Organizational Development lens.
