OD can help create organizations that contribute to a healthy world!

How healthy is your organization/work place? Is your work contributing to a healthier you and a healthier world? How often do you and your co-workers feel valued? You spend almost half your life working; wouldn’t you prefer a vibrant, healthy atmosphere?

Kathryn will share with us insights into organizational health from interviews and conversations with key OD thinkers Ed Schein, Margaret Wheatley, Peter Senge, Robert Quinn, and Otto Scharmer. She gathered the information over the past year for her forthcoming book. Each of these wise thought leaders has contributed so much to us all: Kathryn has brought them together to revitalize our OD awareness of the central importance of organizational health.

She’ll share her research and involve you in probing dialogue so you can more clearly see your own priorities on these core questions. As Kathryn is a globally certified Feldenkrais practitioner, we will also explore how intuitions about our health and learning are based in our bodies.

TAKEAWAYS:

- Insight into your own current situation

- One or two next steps for you to create a healthier organization

- Clarity about what you want to do and be with regard to the deepest meanings of personal and world health
