In celebration of American Craft Beer Week 2013, please join us for a private bar-top beer pairing dinner featuring beers from Hops & Grain brewer, Josh Hare and drink.well.'s Chef Jeremy Bruch.
Only 12 spots are available at each seating, ensuring a livel, intimate experience - and an up close & personal Q&A from Hops & Grain brewer, Josh Hare. There are two seatings - one at 6:00pm (doors at 5:30pm) and one at 9:00pm (doors at 8:30pm).
Welcome Course: Chili-honey bar nuts & Chef's Housemade Cheese Poofs (paired with Hops & Grain ZOE Pale Lager)
Second Course: Ceviche with Navajo Fry Bread and Smoked Red Bell Pepper Ketchup (paired with Hops & Grain Amber Mexican Lager)
Third Course: Charcuterie selections featuring artisan American cheeses from Antonelli's Cheese shop, Jowl Cracklin's and Smokey Treats (paired with Hops & Grain Belgian Red Ale)
Fourth Course: Pork Roulade with Wild Mushrooms and Asparagus (paired with Hops & Grain Chardonnay Barrel-Aged Cherry ALT-eration)
Fifth Course: Fig Cobbler with Almond Shortbread and Maytag Bleu Cheese Frozen Custard (paired with Hops & Grain Jamaican Rum Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout)
