Field Dressing and Wild Game Cooking presented by the Nevada Department of Wildlife and Le Cordon Bleu.
Saturday 3/22 from 10AM to 1PM in Technique Restaurant at Le Cordon Bleu, the NDOW will present field dressing of wild game. Following that, Le Cordon Bleu Chefs will demonstrate a variety of wild game recipes including Chicken Fried Moose and Venison Sausage.
