Living in Downtown LA is hotter than ever! If you are considering a move to Downtown, then let us help you find the perfect place to call home in one of Downtown's 75 apartment, condominium, and loft properties. This half day tour introduces you to neighborhoods throughout Downtown and goes inside a variety of available rental properties and condominiums for sale. We will also provide an introduction to Downtown's many neighborhoods, pointing out Downtown icons such as L.A. LIVE, the Walt Disney Concert Hall, and the Cathedral of our Lady of the Angels.
Please note that featured projects change for each tour, and we will be visiting sales centers and/or model units for apartments and condominiums under construction. Once you're done with the tour, don't forget to continue exploring Downtown's restaurants, museums, shopping and much more!
Park at the Athena lot on Grand Avenue between 7th and 8th. Rate is $5/day with our $1 off coupon that we provide.
The Housing Tour group meets inside Bottega Louie at 8:45am. Check in with one of our Purple Ambassadors.
Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and feel free to bring a snack and bottled water.
Please register separately for each tour attendee.

Downtown Center Business Improvement District
Founded in 1998, the Downtown Center Business Improvement District (DCBID) has been a catalyst in Downtown Los Angeles’ transformation into a vibrant 24/7 neighborhood. A coalition of approximately 1,200 property owners in the Central Business District, the DCBID members are united in their commitment to enhance the quality of life in Downtown Los Angeles. Bounded by the Harbor Freeway to the west, First Street to the north, Main and Hill streets to the east, and Olympic Boulevard and 9th Street to the south, the organization helps the 65-block Central Business District achieve its full potential as a great place to live, work, and play.
Current DCBID members are owners of more than 2,200 parcels* in the DCBID and provide the funding to the district via a special voluntary tax assessment which finances:
• Economic Development and Business Recruitment/Retention programs
• 24 Hr. Safety and Maintenance Services – The Purple Patrol
• Strategic Marketing Programs that promote the area to residents, workers and visitors.
