It all starts at 5:30 pm with registration at 5:00 pm.

Robert Harris, Project Manager, Milestone Projects, provides project management and consulting services for Education Management organizations. Robert writes MBA and Undergraduate curriculum courses on the following subjects: Marketing, Human Resources, International Business and Organization Behavior. In 2011, Benedictine University awarded Robert membership to Sigma Beta Delta a national honor society in business, management and administration. In 2012, he was selected to intern for the United States Department of Agriculture, Foreign Agriculture Service stationed in Washington D.C.

For over 15 years, Robert designed and managed marketing programs as an employee for IBM, HP, Chicago Sun-Times and AT&T. He earned the following certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Master Online Teacher Certification (ION), University of Illinois and Telecommunication Certification, DePaul University. Robert graduated from Roosevelt University, Master of Science Marketing Communication and The Ohio State University, Bachelor of Arts degrees. Today, he is PhD (ABD) in Organization Development, Benedictine University.


Kevin Williams is an accomplished communications strategist and project manager experienced in using today’s technology to create impactful marketing and branding programs for corporations and not-for-profit organizations. A highly organized, creative problem solver, I understand the role of communications in emphasizing an organization’s best attributes, key objectives and priorities. As an experienced professional with C-Suite exposure, I’m accustomed to working with all levels of stakeholders. An adjunct college faculty member who teaches and works with students to help them better understand the marketing communications discipline.

Emanuel Barr serves as National Workforce Solutions Advisor for the Apollo Education Group.  With an emphasis on government and global solutions, he develops strategies to connect employees to our higher learning institutions through professional development.  He currently serves as the Education Chairman for the Illinois Diversity Council whose mission is to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace.  With a 20 year background in leadership development, corporate sales, and Government solutions, Emanuel brings a wealth of insight to developing connections through networking.  He is the proud father of two young men, Joshua (15) and Caleb (12), and has also served our nation as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army!
