Double Unders are a skilled movement that is often included in workouts due to its high work capacity. We often see there is just not enough time or a coaches time in a class to really break down the movement involved in a double under. As you know, practice makes perfect right?
In our Double Under Clinic we will break down the movements, ensuring each athlete knows the correct form needed to become efficient at double unders. Whether you are looking to get your first double under, string 5 together or perfect your form to complete 20 in a row this clinic is for you.
The clinic will involve:
- 1 hour clinic, maximum of 15 athletes
- Quantitative pre-test and post-test
- Comprehensive skill and movement breakdown
- Final WOD/Workout
- Personalized Video Analysis
The clinic will start on time. We ask that you come 15 minute prior to start to check in and adjust your rope.
Bring with you a good attitude, athletic shoes, non baggy clothes, water and of course your Cyclone Speed Rope!
