Don’t Let Supply Chain Torch Your Brand
Supply chain has never been more symbiotically linked and synonymous with the success of a brand. Fueled by innovations in technology, manufacturing, and logistics, today’s worldwide economy has opened new markets and established globally recognized mega-brands. Here in Silicon Valley where innovation fuels change at an ever accelerating pace, supply chain professionals establish practices at the forefront of the industry. Competing in this competitive landscape requires complex supply chains involving more layers with more partners with more globalization and with higher expectations from customers for compressed delivery timeframes. A brand has never been more vulnerable to catastrophic failure brought on by supply chain vulnerabilities and the scorch of social media wildfire fallout.
Join Hannah Kain, President and CEO of ALOM, a global leader in supply chain management, as she leads an informative, and interactive discussion on identifying and implementing strategies to mitigate the risks associated with today’s controllable and uncontrollable supply chain disruption triggers from environmental, geo-political, economic and technological events. Brand vulnerability areas including social responsibility, ethics, regulatory compliance, sustainability and governance will also be discussed along with how to develop proactive and reactive risk management strategies.
You won’t want to miss this opportunity to gain valuable insight from a Silicon Valley supply chain innovator and meet in person with other supply chain professionals to learn and discuss risk management strategies and best practices to protect your brand from being torched.
