Anger corrodes every relationship, from the relationship we have with ourselves, to relationships we have with our families, colleagues and friends. At its root, anger is a spiritual issue rather than an emotional issue. We can't be angry, and peaceful and loving, at the same time. Have you ever asked yourself the question; is it possible to live without anger and to be peaceful? Is it possible to heal the wounds of our anger-driven habits and learn to live a life of peace and contentment?
Our featured speaker, bestselling author Mike George, will share from his research the illusions we have created for ourselves that justify our anger. He will also discuss and explore how we can discover our own inner resources that we can draw on to heal the scars of the anger we have held inside. He will speak about forgiveness and not just forgiving others or ourselves. He will explore the spiritual realization that anger is not only futile, but there is a part of you that it has never touched.
