Friday, 8/22, 8:00-10:00 pm, Cocktail Party (21+) & Small Bites, Wence's Restaurant, 1922 Oak Park Blvd, Pleasant Hill.

Saturday, 8/23, 11:00-5:00 pm, Swim meet, BBQ lunch by Kinder's and open swim, PH Education Center Pool (1 Santa Barbara Road). Meet warm-ups at 10:00 am. Tickets required for BBQ lunch. Lunch includes Kinder's Marinated Ball Tip and Tequila-Rubbed Chicken.

NEW - TEAM GEAR
Team Sales will be out at the meet on Satuday, August 23 selling Dolfins Team gear. Supplies are limited, so we are also offering the option to order some Dolfins 50th Anniversary items. Please see the order form for more information. Return order forms to the District Office (147 Gregory Lane) or by email at email@example.com by Friday, August 29. You can also return order forms to the Team Sales booth at the Anniversary meet.
Join current and former Dolfins swimmers and coaches for a fun meet! Warm-ups begin at 10:00 am; meet begins at 11:00 am. Sign-ups for specific events will be available on the pool deck beginning at 9:30 am. The events for the meet are:
- 100 yard Individual Medley
- 25 yard Freestyle
- 25 yard Breaststroke
- 25 yard Backstroke
- 25 yard Butterfly
- 100 yard Medley Relay
There are no limits on entries; you may swim one or all events. Swimmers will compete in the following age categories:
- 24 & under
- 25-39 years
- 40-49 years
Volunteers are needed to help with the meet, in positions such as timer, starter, announcer, stroke & turn, and desk. If you would like to volunteer for the meet, please contact TBD.
For those traveling to the 50th Anniversary from out of town, we have reserved a block of rooms at the Residence Inn Pleasant Hill Concord (700 Ellinwood Way, Pleasant Hill, CA). The rate is $129/night and is available from August 22-August 24. You can book one or all nights of the block here. You must book by August 15 to receive the group rate.
What are the dates/times/locations of the reunion events?
The Cocktail Party is Friday, August 22, 8:00-10:00 pm at Wence's Restaurant, 1922 Oak Park Blvd, Pleasant Hill.
The Swim Meet, BBQ and Open Swim is Saturday, August 23 at the Pleasant Hill Education Center Pool. Check-in and meet warm-ups begin at 10:00 am. The meet begins at 11:00 am. Lunch will be served starting at 12:00 pm. Open swim will begin after the conclusion of the meet, but no earlier than noon.
Do I need a ticket?
A ticket is required for the Cocktail Party on August 22 and for the BBQ Lunch on August 23. A ticket is not required to participate in the swim meet, but we would like to know if you are planning to swim, so we ask the question when you purchase tickets for Friday or Saturday.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event(s)?
You must be 21 or older to attend the Cocktail Party on August 22. Please bring a photo ID in case there are any questions about your age.
Entry in the swim meet is limited to current and former Dolfins swimmers and coaches. Everyone is welcome to watch the swim meet, purchase a BBQ ticket and enjoy the open swim on August 23.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event(s)?
Friday Night: Parking is available at Wence's in the Oak Park Center parking lot for the Cocktail Party. The lot is small, so we encourage carpooling. We have also gotten permission from the Safeway manager to use their lot (600 Patterson Blvd) for overflow parking. Street parking is also available along Oak Park Blvd and Longfellow Drive on either side of the Oak Park Center. Please observe all parking regulations (red curbs, no parking signs, etc.) and be courteous of the neighbors.
Saturday: Parking for the meet is available on campus at the Pleasant Hill Education Center, 1 Santa Barbara Road. Please observe all parking regulations on and around campus (no parking, ADA placard required, etc.).
What can/can't I bring to the event(s)?
If you are swimming on Saturday, please bring everything you need to swim, including suit, towel, goggles, etc. There are bleachers on the pool deck, but feel free to bring your own (more comfortable) chairs. The pool is on a school campus, so no alcohol, smoking, drugs, or weapons of any kind. And please, no glass on the pool deck.
Is my ticket transferrable?
We are not able to transfer tickets between events.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, you may update your registration/ticket holder information.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, you do not need to bring a printed ticket. We will be utilizing electronic check-in, in order to save paper.
What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds for tickets.

Pleasant Hill Dolfins Swim Team Parent Club
The Pleasant Hill Dolfins Swim Team is a program of the Pleasant Hill Recreation & Park District. The Dolfins Parent Club is a non-profit group that supports the team by running all fundraisers and organizing and conducting all swim meets and team fuctions (age group parties, waterslide trip, etc.).
