Clara joined the Transaction Support group of Ernst & Young in April 2007. Prior to that, she was with Ernst & Young’s audit practice for nine years. 
C.Y. Wang - Partner, Transaction Advisory Services America's Leader, China Overseas Investment Network, Ernst & Young
C.Y. is a Transaction Tax partner in the Transaction Advisory Services of Ernst & Young. C.Y. has over 20 years of experience with Ernst & Young. Prior to joining the Transaction Advisory Services practice, C.Y. has served in Ernst & Young’s National Tax Department in Washington, D.C.
