Dear Esteemed Colleague,

Thank you for your interest in our “Doctor Days” event at Hippocrates Health Institute.

The 3-Day Doctor Days Immersion Experience is an avenue to provide a new platform to understand all the wonderful things Hippocrates Health Institute has to offer your patient’s health and lifestyle.

This program is designed to create the deepest impact for you, the professional within the shortest period of time. We believe, along with Dr. Brian Clement, that for a professional to experience Hippocrates Health Institute first hand is imperative. You will see how Hippocrates comprehensive approach can positively impact the body’s immune system, aid in disease reversal and overall optimum health.

DOCTOR DAYS at HIPPOCRATES HEALTH INSTITUTE:

We are so excited you may be interested in our upcoming 3-Day Immersion experience at Hippocrates Health Institute in August 2014.

The Scheduled event takes place from Wednesday, August 27th until Friday, August 29th.  You are then welcomed to continue to enjoy your access to the facility on your own Saturday the 30th and Sunday the 31st if you so choose.

While you attend the event (including the two additional optional days), all of your Green Juice, Wheat Grass Juice and Beautiful Organic Raw Vegan Buffets are included as part of the program.  The Immersion experience is also free of charge.  The only expenses that will be your responsibility are your travel and your hotel accommodations (off campus)* as well as any additional services or treatments at the Oasis Spa you choose to book during your stay.  (*On campus accomodations are not available for the free 3-Day Immersion).

Please send Brief Biography and Photo:

In addition to completely filling out this registration form for each person wishing to attend, I would also ask that you also send along a brief Biography and small photo (in .jpeg preferrably), of each registrant (similar to what would be on an "about me"  section of a webpage).  Email this information to info.ceaone@gmail.com.  (Please do not send full resumes, only a short paragraph is required. We will not be able to complete your registration without this information.**

Weather:

If you aren't familiar with Florida weather...it can change drastically in a day or two.  The forecast may call for rain,  but it could be completely different in a few hours.  Also, rain here isn't like rain up north.  It can be crystal clear, blue sky in the morning, and an hour later thunder storms, and by dinner time, beautiful again.  It rarely rains all day.  (Complimentary umbrella's are provided in Wigmore Hall if needed).

Meals: (all included free of charge)

A light dinner salad will be provided Wednesday Evening.  An incredible buffet of fresh, ripe organic berries and fruit will be offered on Thursday morning for those without health challenges (this is offered once a week only).  Each day an all organic, raw vegan lunch buffet with sprouts like you've never seen and gourmet touches by Chef Ken and staff will be provided at lunchtime and dinnertime.  The Wheatgrass juice bar is always at your disposal, and green drink is served twice daily.

Be prepared to be deliciously nourished like never before!

WHAT TO BRING TO DOCTOR DAYS:

1)  Hippocrates provides umbrella's for guests, no need to bring one.

2)  Temperatures this time of year are generally hot and humid, but you may want a light sweater or jacket just in case for air conditioned areas.

3)  Definitely bring a swim suit to enjoy the Sauna and Pool area.  (Pool area has changing facility and towels).

4)  A duffle or gym bag to carry swim suits, a book, notepad, camera, any other personal items around campus.

5)  Casual (shorts, t-shirts etc.) is the main dress code of the week.  We do want you to blend in with and become a guest during your stay.  Dress comfortable, and cool for strolling the campus!  You may want to bring a few business casual pieces as well for meetings.

6)  Work-out clothes for any exercise classes you may choose to participate in.

7)  Sunglasses for Sunny Florida days!

8)  Comfortable walking shoes/sneakers for strolling the 50+ acre campus plus exercise classes.

DRESS CODE FOR DOCTOR DAYS:

Dress for the entire stay is primarily casual.  Again, we want you to blend in and be comfortable.  It is suggested to bring a couple of business casual outfits for Wednesday evening orientation and possibly Friday's Guest Graduation since there is a photo op with Dr. Clement and the group afterwards.

**Please register early as space is limited for each Immersion.  Registration does not confirm your spot.  You will receive an email approval confirmation once your registration and biography are received.

We Look Forward to Meeting You!  Please send any additional questions to:  info.ceaone@gmail.com.
