A practical series answering essential questions about who takes the lead, who makes the decisions, and how to work better together

NYCON is expanding our popular “Lunch & Learn” webinar series to include Leadership & Governance topics. Our newly created webinars are designed to answer frequently asked questions we get from nonprofits across New York State about the role of board and staff members in making critical organizational decisions. NYCON Members can still attend these 90-minute sessions for free. Board and staff members of organizations that are not current NYCON Members can attend, if space allows, for a $50 registration fee.Please join us online for these important educational events.

Your organization is constantly challenged to “Do more with less” and even “Do better with less.” As a board or staff leader of a nonprofit organization, of course you want to meet that challenge.  You also know that nonprofits are businesses that can be assessed and then changed, improved, realigned and adjusted in order to better deliver products and services in the community and maximize opportunities.  This workshop will help you assess whether you’ve got to tools, talent and resources to get to where you want to go with your nonprofit. If you have these things, we’ll help you to harness them to their fullest capacity. If you don’t have these things, we’ll give you tips on how to get them.
