Christopher Coccagna is a Certified Tea Specialist from the Specialty Tea Institute of America. He has been involved in the tea industry for over 7 years, where he has developed his palate and knowledge of all things tea. As an educator of all things tea, Christopher has taken the alternative route for educating the public. From his fun Tea 101's at the University of San Diego, to tea and whiskey classes taught at bars and restaurants, to his most popular class of DIY Tea Blending at Workshop SF (featured on Daily Candy), there is always the element of great knowledge gained with a touch of glam rock and roll. Since 2010, Christopher has been the founder and master tea blender for T-We Tea, a San Francisco based tea company famous for its signature blends. From Foggy Morning Brekkie to Earl Cray Cray, Christopher's blends are changing people's perceptions of tea, because of his indie stance on not using flavor agents and letting tea shine and having fun all at the same time.
