Saturday, May 10 | 1 p.m.
Grogg’s Green Barn | 10105 E. 61st St.
Free to attend | RSVP via Eventbrite

The Do It Yourself series is hosted by the Sustainability Crew and features a variety of green DIY projects that will often focus on learning to live life greener by re-purposing everyday items and making earth-friendly choices.
Collecting rainwater at home is an easy way to save money on your water bill and significantly reduce your water usage during peak summer months, when up to 40 percent of a typical household’s water is used on the lawn and garden.

Learn from experts from Grogg’s Green Bar and the City of Tulsa, who will demonstrate how to make your own rain barrel, tell you just how much money you could save and explain how rain water affects city drains. Several rain barrels will be given to participants.
