Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Participants registering online on the event date must have printed ticket to confirm registration. Without printed ticket participant will need to pay again at the door and request organizer to initiate online refund.
What is the refund policy?
Refund requests will be accepted online through September 27th. Refunds will be redeposited into your account directly through EventBrite within 6-8 business days.

Olaiya Humphrey, PHR (Professional in Human Resources) is the founder and a facilitator for Best Foot Forward Training Transformations. She holds a Bachelors in Human Resources Management from UTSA and attained certifications from the Alamo Colleges in Adult Continuing Education, Corporate Training, Human Resources Generalist Skills, and Counseling Skills. Ms. Humphrey served as the Human Resources Manager for The Children's Shelter, Patient Coordinator for Emory University Pediatric Genetics, and Child Assessor for Decision Information Resources. She graduated from the Community Leadership Institute in San Antonio and completed the Career Transition Workshop Program at Oak Hills Baptist Church. Her passions include being an agent for diversity, child welfare, servant leadership, and helping people reach self-actualization. She believes that life is more purposeful and enjoyable when one puts his or her best foot forward.
