Pie Ranch "Goat-chetta" - smoked belly wrapped goat loin,sausage,bean cassoulet with spring vegetables, mustard flowers.
Vegetarian option - roasted miatake mushroom, warm langherino cheese, bean cassoulet with spring vegetables.
Smoked Goat milk tart - compressed rhubarb, pickled green strawberries, tiny celery.
Dinner will start with 2 signature cocktails developed by local mix master Christopher Jurach along with a gourmet film treat. Our food will be accompanied by Arizmendi bread, and wine and beer will be served with dinner.
'Spring Forward' plays on the modern trend of savory gin drinks with Hendricks Gin and Sutton Cellars Brown Label Vermouth, peppercorn-infused Rhubarb syrup and spring onions - served on the rocks with a half-rim of thyme-salt
'Fall Back' harkens to the classic sour with this springtime-infused sidecar recipe featuring Osocalis Brandy, Dimmi bittersweet Liquore, Meyer Lemon and Cara Cara Orange juice with young ginger syrup with a light sugar & spice rim
