Join us for a sumptuous 5-course supper highlighting artisanal oils, vinegars, and wines from Vom Fass, alongside innovative cuisine by Chef Matthew Kopfler of PPX New Orleans.
Each dish will feature a vinegar from Vom Fass's extensive selection, and optional wine pairings will be presented with each course. Fresh, local, and seasonal produce and dairy will complement premium European offerings from Vom Fass.

Chef Matthew Elliott Kopfler of PPX combines classical techniques with local ingredients and a relaxed, casual setting to create a unique culinary experiences for his guests.
PPX began as a weekly residency at the Patio at 504 Lyons Street, and now hosts special events and cooks for private parties all over New Orleans.
