We will be practicing yoga, meditation, body-awareness exercises, interpersonal processes, and more! You will leave with an understanding of how to create your own unique wellness roadmap that is manageable given your current life circumstances and responsibilities.

It takes is a regular practice to cultivate the circumstances internally and externally to begin to experience more internal peace & personal meaning.
