Join Chicago Rowing Foundation’s free Discover Rowing and learn the fundamentals of sweep rowing at the Chicago Park District’s WMS Boathouse at Clark Park in the state-of-the-art indoor rowing tank and individual ergometers. Choose from one of two session specifically for high school students.

The Chicago Rowing Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization, brings the largest and most diverse community in Chicago direct access to the world-class sport of rowing. Since 1998, rowers from over 75 public and private schools, from cities and neighborhoods north and south, have competed and triumphed on our nationally-ranked crews.
All athletes are welcome, regardless of their ability to pay, ensuring our crews attract hard-working, dedicated athletes from anywhere in the city.
