The conference ‘Dirty Practice: The Role of the Artist’s Studio’ which will take place on 23 Sept 2016 in the Arena Theatre, 10 AM and is hosted by the Fine Art Department, Wolverhampton School of Art.
This event will explore critically the role of manual skills and studio-based practices . The conference will bring together international artists and academics who will discuss the role of the artist’s studio and its role in contemporary artistic practice.
Keynote Presentation: Prof Rebecca Fortnum, Professor of Fine Art, Middlesex University London.
