Join Slow Food Orange County and Slow Money Southern California for dinner at Boldo. SFOC will also be presenting Boldo's Snail of Appreciation award at this event.
An RSVP is required (for a headcount), so please sign up if you plan to attend. Dinner is on-your-own.
Boldo opened its doors this month and features farm-fresh food prepared simply. Paul Chamberlin, the chef-owner, was one of the featured chefs at our Taste the Ark of Taste event in April. Click here to see a video about Chef Paul and his philosophy.

Slow Food Orange County
Slow Food is an international member-supported non-profit organization. Its aim is to spread food culture, to develop sensory and taste education, to protect biodiversity and to promote quality in food, the environment and social life. Slow Food Orange County is a local chapter of Slow Food U.S.A. which works to carry out the Slow Food mission on a local level. The Orange County convivium is a member-supported organization made up of a diverse group of food enthusiasts.
