Event Details

 

This fundraiser will begin at 6pm at Hollywood East Cafe in Wheaton, MD which includes a 10 course Chinese Banquet Dinner followed by dancing to the music of the Wickerlee Band.  The cost is $38 on line. $10 of your purchase of the dinner/dance is tax deductible.  If you cannot attend the dinner but would like to come to the dance, the cost is $20 on line. $15 of your purchase for the dance is tax deductible.  Once you make the purchase, you can print out your receipt as your ticket.  Please fill out the information requested by Eventbrite so we can keep track of the tickets.  Tickets for this event will be open until Thursday, Nov 21. 

 After Thursday, Nov 21, tickets can be purchased at $45 per person for the dinner/dance, and $20 per person for the dance by calling Hollywood East Cafe at 240-290-9988.   For groups who wish to purchase a table for 10 people, please call 240-290-9988 for a special rate.

Camilla Ng and Sean Lee became involved in Brushstrokes in Hollywood after learning about Tyrus Wong and his artwork in the 1940s Walt Disney movie Bambi, and both Camilla and Sean are trying to generate support and funding to finish the movie in hopes that Tyrus Wong who is 103, can see Brushstrokes in Hollywood in public.
