Announcing New Format and Agenda for 2011 Event...
On October 6 and 7, we will host our 7th Annual Digital Music Forum West, where 300+ of the most influential music and digital media leaders gather in the heart of Hollywood to socialize, share ideas, do deals and learn from industry peers.
This year we are excited to announce some significant changes to the event.
THE NEW FORMAT
• The Artist
• The Fan
• The Future
Each series lasts 1.5 hours and includes four 15-min. presentations, debates, tech demos, performances or fireside chats and a 30-minute panel, followed by 1 hour networking break, meal or reception.
In selecting speakers, we are looking for people with stories to tell and knowledge to impart. This may be in the form of a solo or joint presentation, 1-on-1 discussion, demo, performance or moderated debate. In all cases, the presentation time is strictly limited to 15 minutes and we are looking for people with strong presentation skills, good ideas and a willingness to devote time and energy to focusing on bettering the industry above company and individual purposes.
To submit for a speaking position at the event, please fill out the speaker submission form and make sure to note which topic series you are applying for and what type of format you are suggesting: 15-minute presentation, debate, tech demo, performance or fireside chat OR to be a member or moderator of the 30-minute panel. If you are applying for a 15-minute presentation, please submit a proposed (tentative) session title with your bio. All presenters will be required to submit presentation materials to us by September 23 so we can review and provide feedback prior to the event.
This year, we are streamlining registration fees as follows:
$499 - Before August 1
$599 - Before September 1
$799 - After October 1
$899 - On Site Registration
$499 - One Day Pass - contact us

In addition to our sponsorship packages which start at $3,500, we are also offering the following special non-negotiable packages if booked before September 1:
