Rajesh is an intrapreneur, entrepreneur and growth architect. After a stint at Microsoft as a program manager, Rajesh joined Bain & Company where he specialized in business incubation and growth strategy for technology, media, financial services, healthcare and retail clients. For the past decade, Rajesh has focused on scaling social innovations, most recently as head of UNICEF Ventures and as Co-Creator of UNICEF Kid Power, the world's first Wearable-for-Good. Rajesh has a BSc and MEng in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from MIT with concentrations in Artificial Intelligence, Systems Dynamics and Economics.
Art Shectman is a serial entrepreneur and technologist. Having spent his career building new technologies and services, Art has extensive software engineering and systems integration experience with clients ranging from Fortune100 companies to venture-backed start-ups. He is the founder of numerous start-ups, including Elephant Ventures, a full service digital agency focused on cutting edge web, social, mobile and back-end software development. Art has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from MIT with a concentration in Machine Learning.
Rob is a UX designer who works at the human-centered design agency, Fantasy (formerly Fi). He leads the user experience efforts on projects varying in size and industry. When it comes to products, Rob works closely with clients in all touch points of the development cycle from helping to define strategy and requirements all the way through to design and execution. His most recent notable work includes designing products for clients to the like of Google, Huawei, Spotify and The Weather Channel.
Originally from Sweden but currently based in New York, Tore heads up Your Majesty Co’s technical department as Tech Director. He leads the company’s technical efforts and champions processes for both client and internal initiatives. He has a vast experience of web technology and especially enjoys working at the intersection of technology and design; crafting beautiful experiences and products for clients such as Netflix, NYT and BMW. Before Your Majesty Co, Tore worked at AKQA in San Francisco.
Tiago leads the software and development process at Work & Co, from technical discovery through product launch. Tiago led both the front-end and CMS development efforts for the new, responsive Virgin America, NBA, and Mozilla websites.
Before starting at Work & Co, Tiago worked as a consultant at Ixonos, where he managed large-scale technical projects and ramped up two mobile device R&D centers from scratch in Beijing and Chengdu (China). Previously, Tiago was head of software production at BDK solutions. Tiago received a B.A. from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and an EMBA at Columbia University.
