Do I need to bring a printed copy of my ticket?
Yes, please bring a printed copy of your ticket to expedite entry. Ticket holders without a printed ticket may experience entry delay and will be re-routed to the admissions window to verify their advance registration.
Will there be door sales the day of the event?
Door admission available day of the event, visit the Museum's web site for general admission prices and more information. Cash and most major credit cards will be accepted.
Does the Museum have parking?
Yes, parking for the Museum's weekend visitors will be available in the surface street lot on the corner of 10th and O Streets directly across the street from the Museum beginning at 10:00 am.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds provided on $20-for-4 if requested by 5:00 pm on Friday, May 2, 2014 and subject to a Paypal processing fee. No refunds given after 5:00 pm on Friday, May 2, 2014.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes, registration and ticket are transferrable.
