HOW-TO

   1. Register for weekly meditation on Eventbrite (one time only)
   2. 8:25 AM, log onto the shared google doc
   3. 8:30 AM, call (619) 326-2700, access code 685-6265

Important Notice
Please do not use Teachers College or Columbia University phones.  If Columbia's phones are used, then the meditation sessions will be terminated.


Registration

One-time registration is required so that we can add you to the shared google doc or notify you of changes with the weekly schedule.  Other than that, no need to let us know ahead of time if you will be joining each week.  When you register, please include your most up to date email address, which will also be used for the shared google doc.


Call

You will need to call from a land line, cell, or computer.  When you call the number listed above, you will be connected with a group of others who will be meditating with you, all from different locations.  Facilitator will briefly introduce her/himself and begin with instructions.  Please be sure to call in on time.

You will need to remain on the line for the full 30 minutes, until the facilitator indicates that the session is over.

Please mute your phone or computer after you have announced your name upon arrival.


Google Docs

When you register via Eventbrite we will add you to the shared google doc.  The purpose for the google document is to share your insights, as well as  questions, thoughts, sensations or other experiences come up.  Please feel free to share your thoughts, however, there is no requirement to contribute.  Everyone who has joined the google doc, including the facilitator, will be able to view what you have typed.  We ask that everything that is typed remain confidential and not be shared outside of the group.


Is this is your first time meditating?

Great! Please notify us ahead of time via Eventbright so that we may best assist you during the facilitation process.
