Diabetes Wellness Plan Seminar Announcement, Attend one -4-hour session:

Agenda: Come to the seminar and Create Your Own Personal Diabetes Wellness Plan. This is a goal oriented plan that can help you master Type 1 diabetes or prevent or reverse Type 2 diabetes.
The plan has been developed by Mary P. Nilssen, a credentialed health care professional (RHIA) AND a very healthy Type 1 diabetic for over sixty years. Mary writes about this in her book "Designing your Diabetes Wellness Plan, 10 Proven Principles to a Healthier Lifestyle" (copy provided). Please call Mary @804-205-2085 if you have any questions.
Your Outcome: Before you leave the seminar, you will have written your 10 Principled Diabetes Wellness Plan that gives you the following:
1) A firm written goal (Principle #1) to master Type 1, or prevent or reverse Type 2 diabetes.
2) How to use the other 9 principles to accomplish #1. One deals with the mental fears you need to overcome, this was one of the most beneficial things Mary learned to do. Another principle deals with working with your physician to cut back on possibly dangerous medicines; Mary will guide you on this.
3) Attainment of this goal will dramatically increase your overall health and energy level.
4) Results could be seen within 1-3 months, once you totally commit to the plan.
