Developing A Community Collaborative:  The Cascade/SOURCE Models

Community sector representatives are invited to learn what it takes to implement a successful business model that transforms the relationship between government, business and community partners.

Join us Thursday, September 27, 2012 from 10:00am - 5:00pm, reception immediately following, for an experience designed to gain deeper understanding of the intricacies and best practices of the models, with the goal of addressing potential replication challenges and opportunities for your community.  Participants will leave with a clear understanding of the criteria and resources required for successful implementation.

Key experts in the design and facilitation of Cascade's Welfare to Career model and The SOURCE model will share their experiences and expertise for developing a successful collaborative that meets the needs of all sectors.

A networking reception will be held from 5:00pm - 6:00pm at The SOURCE for conference participants.
