Rather than targeting end-users or enterprises, a growing number of startups succeed with a developer-first, or D2D, strategy.
The Developer-to-Developer Summit is the first event of its kind that's focused on developers who build and design technologies for other developers.
With talks from Google, Twilio, Rackspace, and many more — along with a Pitch Challege featuring emerging startups — join us for a day that will define, and redefine, the D2D experience.

D2D Collaboration Strategies
As developer communities become increasingly diverse, D2D startups have the opportunity for tremendous growth. This talk covers specific techniques for effectively collaborating with highly heterogeneous communities.
Introduction to the CloudFS Platform
CloudFS is Bitcasa’s new paradigm of cloud platform, helping developers connect to the public cloud without having to worry about about server-side development or scaling.
Growing Developer Communities and Ecosystems
We don't "sell" or "market" dev tools to developers. Instead, we cultivate developer communities, evangelize new technologies, host hackathons, and speak at conferences.
Why is a developer-to-developer strategy different from traditional business models that target consumers or companies? At what point does D2D evangelism turn into a true "enterprise sale"? What are the tactics (hackathons, conferences, dev education, etc.) that you use to grow your developer community?

Building a Developer API
Ever wonder what happens under the hood at Kloudless? Find out in a talk given by Vinod Chandru, VP of Engineering for Kloudless. D2D Success Stories
This panel asks successful entrepreneurs what it takes to build a D2D startup. What are the best business models? How do you choose a technology stack for your startup (and become part of the stack at other startups)? What do investors look for in a D2D startup, and how is the market evolving?
Growth Strategies with Google
Learn about Google's initiatives to help startups grow their audience. Attendees will gain an understanding of how to leverage Google's platforms to increase user login and registration velocity, drive more Android downloads, and engage users across multiple platforms and devices.
D2D in the Mobile Era
This panel explores the challenges and opportunities of mobile development, discussing tools being built to help mobile developers design better, faster, more feature-rich applications.
