Groundbreaker Awards Dinner – April 23rd
On April 23rd, the eve of our premier shopping fundraiser, Design on a Dime, Housing Works is thrilled to host its second annual Groundbreaker Awards Dinner. The festive evening will bring together Housing Works’ closest friends and supporters from around the City to honor outstanding individuals who have made a significant contribution to, and an impact on, the fight to end HIV/AIDS and homelessness.
The Awards will take place in the elegant Metropolitan Pavilion, giving guests an exclusive look at the 50+ room vignettes and mingle with many of the event’s participating designers. Most importantly, this evening will raise crucial funds to continue our housing expansion efforts throughout the city, providing hundreds of clients a solid foundation from which to build a successful future.
The Awards will pay tribute to those individuals whose commitment to Housing Works’ mission and support of its programs have made a significant impact on our efforts to combat homelessness and HIV/AIDS. This year's honorees include:
Mitchell Gold, Co-founder and Chair-man, and Bob Williams, Co-founder and President of Design of Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams
Miles Redd, Designer and Founder of Miles Redd LLC
Lara Spencer, Lifestyle Anchor of Good Morning America
