The DePaul Business and Commercial Law Journal is pleased to present its annual symposium. This year's event is entitled "Commercial Arbitration: Advancing and Refining the ADR Process." There will be a number of commercial arbitration topics discussed, which will include: customizing the arbitration process; the role arbitration advocacy should play in business and law schools; the costs of arbitration and options for controlling costs; and an analysis and discussion of the pending case regarding Delaware's private arbitration program in it's Chancery Court.
