Why cook without Gluten? Does everyone need to be Gluten-Free? Why is this suddenly such a big deal? What does Gluten-Free really mean? Learn to cook healthy & Gluten-Free and have your questions answered.
ENJOY a healthy & Gluten-Free dinner with us (we will have samples and cook 3 different entrees and sides). Learn to be aware of gluten in food and learn how to substitute Gluten-Free flour for regular Wheat flour. If you want to participate in the cooking bring a sharp knife and an apron. We would love to have you participate. We eat everything we prepare (well, as much as we can).
Taught by Charli Vogt, RN, MN, MPH, & herbalist. She has a private practice in Decatur in which she assists people to be healthy in mind body and spirit. Charli has a commitment to help you understand how to be independent and care for your family in a conscientious way. Her enthusiasm and wide knowledge has students coming back over and over again to her classes.
