Master Sushi Chef Series

DELICA Executive Sushi Chef MIKIKO ANDO leads students through a series of fun and exciting lessons designed for food-lovers and sushi enthusiasts in our beautiful Ferry Building location on the bay. All classes are hands-on so students can thoroughly understand the techniques being taught. Invaluable tips for home-cooking and entertaining are provided so students can impress family and friends.

Executive Sushi Chef MIKIKO ANDO is an accomplished and innovated sushi master who loves to create and inspire. Her passion lies in creating dishes from the heart, and helping budding chefs discover their passion.

 

SUSHI CLASS-NIGIRI

The second lesson in our Sushi series, this class builds upon skills learned in Sushi Class-Roll, focusing on nigiri sushi. Students will learn to shape rice and understand the proper texture needed for nigiri sushi. Executive Chef Mikiko Ando leads this hands-on, interactive class in a fun and relaxed setting. Class fee includes all materials and supplies.

LEVEL: BEGINNER. All levels welcome.
