DELICA Executive Sushi Chef Mikiko Ando leads students through a series of fun and exciting lessons designed for food-lovers and sushi enthusiasts in our beautiful Ferry Building location on the bay. All classes are hands-on so students can thoroughly understand the techniques being taught. Invaluable tips for home-cooking and entertaining are provided so students can impress family and friends.
Executive Sushi Chef Mikiko Ando is an accomplished and innovated sushi master who loves to create and inspire. Her passion lies in creating dishes from the heart, and helping budding chefs discover their passion.
SUSHI 103-SASHIMI KNIFE SKILLS
The third lesson in our Sushi-Making Series, this class is a culmination of our 101 and 102 classes. Executive Sushi Chef Mikiko Ando teaches students essential knife techniques, including how to cut large fish for sashimi. Class fee includes all materials and supplies.
LEVEL: ADVANCED. ONLY OPEN TO STUDENTS WHO HAVE TAKEN SUSHI 101 AND 102, OR HAVE BEEN GRANTED SPECIAL PERMISSION.
